Ordering
Please note that because these jewelry pieces are unique,
they are offered subject to prior sale. If you want an item, you can order one
of two ways:
1. Send an email to gryffindesigns@gryffindesigns.com
, listing the item number(s) The piece will be then be held for a
limit of seven days, pending receipt of your payment.
2. Print and fill out the order form completely, and fax it to
818-783-8017. You will be notified via email when your order is received.
All orders will be shipped via U.S. Post Office First Class
Mail. Shipping and handling is $2.50 per item. When multiple items are ordered,
the actual shipping costs over the $2.50 First Class postage will apply. If
Priority Mail is desired instead, the cost will be $4.00. If you desire
additional insurance, add $2.00.
If you wish to pay by Credit Card, you can do so by using
PayPay, BidPay, C2It.com, PayingFast.com. If you chose to use PayPay,
unfortunately we'll have to add on 2.5% to the price of our jewelry since PayPay
charges us, so please understand! For customers in the U.S.
(besides the mentioned credit card methods) we accept checks or Money
Orders. For INTERNATIONAL
customers, besides the credit card options, we can only accept payment in U.S.
International Postal Money Orders in U.S. dollars, or payment through PayPal or
BidPay. Sorry - we cannot accept personal checks. We will also Gift Wrap
for any occasion for an additional $2.50. California residents: Please add 7.25% sales tax. Los Angeles
County residents - please add 8.25% sales tax. Returns Your satisfaction is our guarantee. Each item is a unique
creation that is made with the best quality materials available and with strict
attention to detail. We consider each piece to be a work of art; therefore, we
want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied
with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days and we will refund
the purchase price, less shipping charges, immediately upon receipt of the
